involve quiet signals deep in the brain, just under the surface of awareness. Anything that aids us in noticing quiet
signals, such as taking breaks between engagements, adopting essential learning approaches, or steering clear of
distractions like social media, can enhance the likelihood of insights. However, it is becoming increasingly challenging
to find those quiet signals with the escalating use of technology, filling every moment with emergencies and an
endless supply of content.
Moreover, we also aspire to elevate the quality of them — to be able to sift through grand new ideas and identify
the ones that hold genuine value, which can be difficult to measure. Launched in 2015, the Insight Meter (洞察力
