Miss Yuan is my English teacher. She’s young. She’s tall and thin. She has two big
eyes and a small mouth. Her hair is long. She likes dogs very much. And she likes
singing and dancing, too. Her English is very good. We often play games in English
class. She’s very kind to us. We all love her.
3(cid:2)My Holiday
It was a long holiday. I have a lot of fun every day. I visited my grandparents with my
mom in Guangzhou. We went there by bus. On the first day, we watched TV at home.
On the second day, we went to the zoo to see elephants and took many pictures. On
the third day, we went to a park, we rowed a boat. On the fourth day, I did my
homework and bought presents for my friends. For the last day of the holiday, we
came back home. It was a happy holiday.3

on the third floor. It is big and clean. There are 39 desks and chairs in it. My seat is
near the window. We have six new lights, six windows, four fans and two doors.
There is a big yellow teacher’s desk in front of the classroom and a computer on it .

There are four seasons in a year. They are spring(cid:3)summer(cid:3)fall and winter. I like
spring. It is warm. It often rains. I can plant trees and flowers in spring. The spring is
green. Summer is very hot. I can swim in the river. Fall is a good season. It is nice. I
can fly kites in fall. I can eat many apples(cid:3)too. Winter is cold. I wish I can play with
snow and make a snowman in Heyuan. Because it doesn’t snow in our city. I love all
the seasons, because they are nice.

Hello! I am Andy. I get up at six in the morning. Then I wash my face and brush my
teeth. After a quick breakfast, I go to school in my mother's car. Because my home is
far from the school.
We have four classes in the morning. I have lunch at my grandparents' home,
because their home is near my school.
After two classes in the afternoon, school is over. Then we clean our classroom.
I get home at about 5:00. We have dinner at 7:00. After dinner I do my homework. If I
finish my homework early, I can watch TV for half an hour. I go to bed at 9:30or 10:00.

Hello, I am Andy. I am going to have a busy weekend. On Saturday, I’m going to buy a
new CD and some story-books. Then I’m going to read the new books at home. On
