The truth of our modern times is that you probably won’t find a student who does not use innovative gadgets today. It is also true that students use different mobile applications not only for entertainment, but for studying as well. Both Apple and Android provide dozens of programs and apps for college students that can be very informative and useful if you want to keep up with the times and boost your studying process. Every student probably knows plenty of applications that fit his or her needs most, but there are still some mobile “helpers” no student should live without. We are here to tell you about 20 of them.

It also synchronize all tasks with other devices so that the list can be accessed from anywhere. Add new entries to the list with the help of touch-based interface, or use your voice to create tasks.You can change the priority of your entry, mark a task as completed, or even shake your device to remove all completed tasks from it. So, when a lecture is finished, you are welcome to come back to your fave websites again!

Download Chegg, a free application which lets you find rentals of textbooks you need! Just search for a book, and if they have it, put in an order. And when you no longer need a textbook, you can easily rent it again via Chegg. Easy to use and useful to try.

If you are one of those lucky students who study foreign languages, then you definitely need Duolingo, the application that will help you learn new words, get ready for tests and exams, and complete various tasks to improve your knowledge. It is free to download, and it is available for all users of Apple and Android devices.

15.Alarmy(Sleep If U Can)

Missing important classes is out of the question if you want to be a successful college student. Let’s see if you can sleep through this alarm! It’s annoying, but will get you out of bed for sure.

16.StudyBlue

No matter how much you dislike taking notes and making flashcards, those learning strategies are important if you want to make your studying easier. StudyBlue enables you to make fun flashcards and take notes anywhere, anytime.

StudyBlue是我本人很喜欢的网站，它帮我在一门连美国人都不愿意选的political science课上拿了A。网站功能和Koofers类似，但是更简化，专门提供笔记和过往试题，只需输入课号便可查看整合过的结果。需要说明的是，StudyBlue上的一些试题查看需要付费，否则答案部分会被模糊掉；最划算的就是买半年或者一年的会员，因为大部分课都能在网站上找到笔记/过往试题。

17.Rate My Professor

When you are about to create your class schedule, you can check the reputation of different professors at this website.

这个网站在北美学生群体里的知名程度应该和微信在中国的知名程度差不多。如果你要上的课有多名教授可选，在register之前可千万别忘了看一下rate my professor的评价。网站上可以看到这名教授是否平易近人，是否需要每节课都去，ta的试题是否很难，各项评分总分为5分。亲身体验，3.2分以上的教授给出的分数都还不错。如果一名教授在满分5分的评分下拿了2.8分，那么小编建议你能不选就不选。有的时候不听老人言，真的吃亏在眼前啊。

18.Quizlet

Quizlet enables you to study vocabulary, languages, and many other things for free. It supports effective study tools that will help you see learning as a fun activity.

这个网站和StudyBlue非常像，他们应该算是竞争对手了，不过Quizlet是免费的。Quizlet上也有很多笔记，学生可以通过它们准备考试，学习新词汇，利用模拟试题来查看自己的知识的熟悉程度。非常好用的一个备考网站，小编记得段考之前的图书馆，每个人电脑上都开着至少一个Quizlet页面。

19. Wolfram Alpha

Wikipedia is really overestimated, and your professors don’t appreciate it. Thanks to this app, you can access expert knowledge and trustworthy information whenever you need it and wherever you are.

还在引用Wikipedia上的资料吗？你已经过时了。学术界早就不鼓励学生引用wiki上的资料了，因为很多网站的信息并不严谨。如果你的专业是历史经济之类，严谨的信息来源对于写好论文 是非常重要的。Wolfram Alpha这款应用能为你提供更加严谨的信息，它们给你的网站比wikipedia也要更加的学术化。

这又是一个备考网站。除了提供交互式的备考课程，BenchPrep还提供笔记，过往试题和独立的复习小课让你更好的记住知识。小编觉得这个网站跟前面几个的不同之处就是它更全面，更注重学生的体验，而不是一味把知识全塞给你。
