I’d like to talk about a program that I frequently use on my computer, which is Notion. It’s an all-in-one productivity and organisation app that allows you to take notes, make to-do lists, manage projects, and even plan long-term goals. I first discovered it about two years ago when I was looking for a way to keep track of my university assignments and personal projects all in one place.

I use Notion almost every day. For instance, I create weekly study plans, keep notes from my lectures, and track progress on personal projects like writing or learning new skills. I also use it to plan trips or events with friends, which is especially helpful during Chinese holidays when travel can get quite hectic. I like that I can organise everything in a very visual way, using tables, calendars, and even embedded images or links. It makes it easier to see the bigger picture without feeling overwhelmed.

I found Notion through a recommendation on a social media platform called Bilibili, where many students and young professionals in China share tips on productivity tools. After watching a few tutorials, I immediately downloaded it and started experimenting with its features.

I feel very positive about this program. It has completely changed the way I organise my daily life and long-term goals. Before, I used scattered notebooks and random apps, which often led to forgetting important tasks. Now, everything is in one place, and I feel more in control of my time. Overall, Notion not only improves my productivity but also gives me a sense of satisfaction and clarity, which is really valuable, especially for students like me facing academic pressure.
