    鉴于中东地缘政治局势持续升级，霍尔木兹海峡通航受到严重干扰，发往受影响地区的货物目前面临显著延误。

    此等情况不可预见且超出我司可控范围。无棣德信化工现正式宣布受影响的订单适用不可抗力条款，自2026年3月7日起生效。

    我司团队正密切关注事态发展，并将就订单状态及替代方案与受影响的客户进行直接沟通。

Due to escalating geopolitical tensions in the Middle East and severe disruptions to navigation through the Strait of Hormuz, shipments to affected destinations are facing significant delays.

These circumstances are unforeseeable and beyond our control. Wudi Dexin Chemical hereby formally invokes Force Majeure for affected orders, effective March 7, 2026.
