what名词性从句句型，是高考写作性价比极高的得分句式，高频出现在真题读后续写范文、书信应用文里。适合用来表达感悟、突出核心、升华主旨，替换千篇一律的简单句，瞬间提升文采。

💡核心说明：what引导名词性从句，what在从句内部充当主语或者宾语，翻译为“……的事物/……的地方/……的经历”。 考场两大王牌框架： ① What +从句 + be + 表语 （……的是……） ② What +从句 + 实义动词 （……的东西/事情做了……）

公式1：What + 主语+谓语 + be + 名词/形容词（最常考！）

1. 数量控制：一篇作文1‑2处what句型即可，用于观点或者结尾，不要每句都用。
2. what seemed like
