Recruitment Notice for Interns

职位描述：

主要从事涉及兼并和收购、房地产、公司及商事、外商直接投资，及诉讼和仲裁等领域的律师实习工作，实习表现上佳者将有机会在毕业后录用为正式律师。

Job Description:

Primarily mergers and acquisitions, real estate, corporate and commercial, foreign direct investment, and as well as various related legal issues such as litigation, and arbitration. Interns who perform well will, upon graduation, be considered for employment as a lawyer in the firm. 

职位要求：1、向往并有志于毕业后从事律师工作。

2、国内外知名院校硕士研究生或本科应届毕业生。

3、法律功底扎实，法律英语口语和笔译能力强。

4、为人诚恳踏实，思维敏捷周全，沟通表达能力强。5、每周可以工作4个以上工作日，每周工作5天的优先考虑。

6、有同类律所或其他法律实务实践经验的优先考虑。

Job Requirements:

1.Passion and desire to pursue a longstanding career in law.

2.Master’s candidates/graduates or students in their graduating year of a bachelor’s degree from a well-known local or foreign institution. 

3.Solid foundational legal knowledge, with good spoken English and written translation skills.

4.Honest and down-to-earth individuals, with mental agility and strong communication skills.

5.Available for four or more working days a week. Preference will be given to applicants available for the entire working week. 

6.Preference will be given to applicants with past law firm or other law-related work experience.
