We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team and lead our strategic expansion across the European market.This is a ground-floor opportunity to build our presence in the low-voltage electrical and electrical contact materials sector from the ground up.If you are passionate about business development and have a proven track record in industrial sales, we invite you to apply.You will play a pivotal role in establishing our brand as a leader in the European region.
📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ 战略规划 & 业绩负责Develop and execute Europe-wide sales and market expansion strategies.Contribute to annual budget planning and directly accountable for regional sales targets.
✅ 大客户 & 战略客户开拓Systematically manage key accounts to ensure global business alignment.Lead the identification and breakthrough of strategic mountain accounts to drive business growth.
✅ 新客开发 & 项目落地Focus on low-voltage electrical / electrical contact industry customers.Target benchmark brands:DODUCO、Heraeus、Materion.Drive the whole process from lead generation to final order closure.
✅ 商务运营 & 风险管控Customer negotiation, contract review, order arrangement and accounts receivable management.Control sales costs effectively and reduce business & credit risks.
✅ 跨部门协作 & 交付保障Cooperate with R&D, production and logistics teams.Guarantee customer demands on quality, cost and delivery.
✅ 市场推广 & 品牌建设Participate in industry exhibitions, technical summits and promotion activities.Improve local brand influence and market awareness in Europe.
✅ 客户维护 & 长期运营Build long-term customer feedback mechanism.Optimize after-sales service, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
🎯 Job Requirements
▪️ Bachelor’s degree or above;Science/Engineering background is preferred▪️ At least 3 years industrial sales experience▪️ Prior experience in low-voltage electrical / electrical contact materials(silver alloy contacts, precious metal materials etc.)is a big plus▪️ Fluent English for daily work and business negotiation▪️ Outstanding negotiation, market analysis and customer management capabilities▪️ Accept frequent business travel, able to work independently under pressure▪️ Home office based in Europe, cooperate closely with China headquarters team
