【高中英语语法】倍数表达固定句型
一、基础倍数词
once 一倍 / twice 两倍（无two times）three times 三倍 / four times 四倍……
两倍只能写twice，two times 为错误表达。
二、四大固定句型
句型1：A + be + 倍数 + as + 原级 + as + B
含义：A是B的……倍
✅ This room is twice as large as that one.这个房间是那个的两倍大。
✅ The new bridge is three times as long as the old one.新桥是旧桥的三倍长。
易错点：中间必须用形容词原级，不能用比较级。
句型2：A + be + 倍数 + 比较级 + than + B
含义：A比B……倍（高考默认等同于“A是B的……倍”）
✅ This book is three times thicker than that one.这本书比那本厚三倍（是那本的三倍厚）。
句型3：A + be + 倍数 + the + 名词(size/length/width/height/amount) + of + B
含义：A是B的……倍（尺寸/长度/宽度/高度/数量）
常用名词：size尺寸 / length长度 / width宽度 / height高度 / weight重量 / amount数量
✅ The river is twice the length of that stream.这条河是那条小溪的两倍长。
✅ The box is three times the size of mine.这个箱子是我的三倍大。
必考点：the + 名词 + of，不可省略the/of。
句型4：倍数 + what从句
含义：是……的……倍（比传统句型更高级，写作加分）
✅ The income is twice what it was ten years ago.现在的收入是十年前的两倍。
结构公式：倍数 + what + 主语 + 系动词/谓语
三、增加/减少倍数
increase/rise/go up + by + 倍数/百分数增加了……increase + to + 数字增加到……
✅ The population increased by three times.人口增加了三倍。
✅ The number rose to twice the original.数量增至原来的两倍。
四、易错正误对照
❌ He is two times taller than me.✅ He is twice taller than me.（两倍只用twice）
❌ This tree is three times as taller as that one.✅ This tree is three times as tall as that one.（中间原级）
❌ It is twice size of the old one.✅ It is twice the size of the old one.（必须带the/of）
