Good habits shape a new life
In order to help students grow healthily, our school is conducting "forming good habits"education activities.
We organized group discussions to find out our own bad habits. What shocked us was that everyone of us had
so many bad habits that we didn't notice, such as throwing away rubbish here and there, skipping breakfast,
eating too much junk
food and so on.
These bad habits stand in our way forward. Once we realize the bad habits, it is a wise decision that we get
rid of
them immediately and develop good habits. Good habits can make us more productive and efficient, help us
maintain
physical and mental health, and increase our overall quality of life. Let's form good habits to shape a new life.

Yuan, who is now pursuing his doctor's degree in Computer Science at university, has come up with
unique designs and patents that have earned him more than 60 prizes and awards."One of the most
unforgettable experiences is winning second prize at the Challenge Cup in 2019,” says Yuan.
