From 2022 to now, almost four years, I have settled into a routine of launching a new product a month. Over these years, I’ve released at least 30 products. Among them, around 5 or 6 have found an audience and gotten off the ground. For instance, Raphael AI, our flagship product, is mainly for AI image generation.

AI is merely a tool. It’s unlikely to uncover genuine needs simply by chatting with AI. It remains the same as before, you still need to communicate with people, as all needs originate from humans.

Around 10 years ago, one of the most popular sayings at the time was “I have a great idea – all I need is a programmer”. Many people said that. But what that phrase really highlighted was that programming was too costly. And by “costly”, I don’t just mean money. It’s also about time, timing, and challenges like talent density, among others. AI programming has addressed these pain points. As long as you have an idea, you can bring it to life through AI. This has been true in my experience as well.

大概十年前，市面上最流行的一句话是：“我有一个绝妙的点子，就差一个程序员了。” 很多人都这么说。 但这句话真正暴露的问题是：编程成本太高了。 我说的“成本”，不只是钱。 还包括时间、时机，以及人才密度等一系列挑战。 而AI编程，恰恰解决了这些痛点。 只要你有想法，就能借助AI把它做出来。 我的亲身经历也印证了这一点。

I advise them not to view AI as a standalone industry. Those who have succeeded in building businesses with AI today are typically individuals who leverage AI as a tool to address problems in other fields. So the real question is: what sets you apart? You should focus on doing something that only you can accomplish, or something that would only happen because of you.
