   Good morning everyone, this is Terry on Number 10 Junior High Radio with today’s news.

   Next month our school will have an Art Week.This is a good way for students to learn more about the arts and for talented students at our school to show off their skills.

    It begins on 4th May and ends on 9th May and it is open to all students in Grades Seven and Eight.Students interested in music can join the inging competition.The Music Club will also put on a concert and the local band the Red Dragons will perform.

   Meanwhile, get your paint brushes and paints ready as there will be a painting competition.For those wanting to learn how to paint, there will be workshops on traditional Chinese ink wash painting and western oil painting, along with lectures on famous painters.

   Everyone will also be able to see our students best paintings.Finally, the Dance Club will hold workshops and daily performances showing different dancing styles, and the famous rainbow dance group will give a special performance of traditional Chinese dance in the school hall.

   Please speak to your class teacher to sign up and check the school notice board for updates.This is a wonderful chance for students to show off their artistic talents, so we hope everyone will take part.
