Hello everyone. My name is Zhang Ruojie.I'm from Zhumadian No.28 Primary School. I’m in Class 3, Grade 6. I love delicious food and reading very much, especially books about Chinese culture. Today I’d like to introduce a kind of Chinese food — Beijing Roast Duck.

大家好，我是驻马店市第二十八小学六年级三班的张若洁。我十分喜爱美食和阅读，尤其喜欢阅读中国文化类书籍。今天我来给大家介绍一种中国美食–—北京烤鸭。

Beijing roast duck originated in ancient China. In the past,Beijing roast duck was limited to the court. But now it is served in hundreds of restaurants across Beijing. It is thought to be one of the most delicious dishes in China.

北京烤鸭起源于古代中国。过去，北京烤鸭仅限于宫廷享用。但如今，它已在北京的数百家餐厅中广泛供应。人们认为它是中国最美味的菜肴之一。

Beijing roast duck is famous for its crisp skin and tender meat. One of the features of Beijing roast duck is the way it is served.The roasted duck is brought to the diners whole, and a cook slice sit in front of them. The crisp skin and juicy meat are eaten with spring onion, cucumber and sweet bean sauce. All these are rolled in pancakes.

北京烤鸭以其酥脆的皮和鲜嫩的肉而闻名。北京烤鸭的一大特色在于其上桌的方式。烤鸭整只被端到食客面前，由厨师在他们面前切片。酥脆的皮和多汁的肉搭配葱、黄瓜和甜面酱一起食用，所有这些都裹在薄饼里。

Travelers to Beijing shouldn't miss trying Beijing roast duck.To enjoy the famous duck, the Restaurant Quanjude is the best choice for you. It has a long history in Beijing. The old restaurant first opened in 1860. The duck here is said to be the best in Beijing, and the service is very good as well.
