3. 核心定价&付款规则(新手必守,零风险)- 贸易术语:统一用FOB本地港口,新手不承担海外运费、海运风险,省心无额外成本
- 付款方式(绝对不妥协):30%订金生产,70%尾款付清再发货,拒绝赊账、货到付款、信用证新手慎做
- 报价:包含产品成本、国内运费、报关费、包装费,预留利润空间,不含海外海运费、保险费
第二阶段:客户开发+询盘对接(首单核心步骤)
1. 精准筛选海外目标客户,针对性发送开发信,每日稳定发送10-20封,不群发滥发
2. 客户回复询盘:第一时间回复,不超过24小时,发送详细报价单+产品详情图/参数
3. 客户议价:合理让步,坚守付款原则,不降价改付款方式
4. 客户确认订单:出具形式发票PI,客户签字回传,具备合同法律效力
第三阶段:订单执行(全程闭环,不出错)
1. 收取30%订金,核对外汇到账后,再安排生产/备货
2. 备货期间,同步跟货代确认船期、报关资料,提前准备装箱单、商业发票
3. 备货完成,核算尾款金额,通知客户支付70%尾款
4. 尾款全额到账后,安排发货、报关、出货,给到客户物流提单
5. 后续跟进物流进度,客户收货后简单回访,留存复购客户
第四阶段:首单完成收尾
- 整理客户资料、订单档案,做好后续跟进,维护老客户
- 梳理订单成本、利润,总结优化报价、沟通流程
