大家好,我是《百鸟朝凤》的导演姜戌想 ,一名平面设计专业的大二学生。记得第一次踏进北京电影学院的大门时,我的身份还是一名高中生,没想到这次竟以创作者的身份再次踏进校园。
Hello everyone, I'm Jiang Xu Xiang, director of "A Thousand Birds Paying Homage to the Phoenix," a sophomore majoring in graphic design. I remember stepping into Beijing Film Academy for the first time as an applicant, never expecting that I would return to campus this time as a creator.
2025年底,西土城路四号弥漫着冬的气息,寒风凛冽。然而正是在这里我遇到了一群并肩作战的伙伴,心中也因此生出一份温暖。
By the end of 2025, No. 4 Xitucheng Road was filled with the chill of winter, the cold wind biting through the air. Yet it was here that I met a group of companions who fought side by side, and in my heart, warmth began to grow.
最初,我只是想顺应时代潮流,了解一下AI如何运用在艺术中。诚然,在短短十天之内,我不仅深度了解了AI,更是从导演、编导、表演者甚至是市场的角度,全方位、多层次的了解到了AI的使用。在此期间,我也是经历了一遍来自AI的洗礼,白天接受各位老师的营养灌输,例如,什么是动态漫创作、怎样生动的表达视频中人物的情感、如何流畅的衔接后期剪辑等等,晚上与小伙伴们对白天的课程进行回顾的同时,也努力去发现视频中的问题并去改善。
At first, I simply wanted to follow the trend of the times and learn how AI could be applied in art. Indeed, within just ten days, I not only gained a deep understanding of AI but also comprehensively explored its applications from multiple perspectives—director, screenwriter, performer, and even market. During this period, I underwent a thorough immersion in AI. By day, I absorbed valuable insights from instructors on topics such as dynamic full-creation, how to vividly express characters' emotions in videos, and techniques for seamless post-production editing. In the evenings, while reviewing the day's lessons with my peers, I actively identified issues in our videos and worked diligently to improve them.
第一次,我试图生成一部关于“前世今生”的人物短片。然而画面浮现的那一刻,我沉默了——那些影像精致却失魂,流畅而无骨。
For the first time, I attempted to create a short film featuring characters about "past and present lives". But the moment the images appeared, I fell silent - those images were exquisite yet soulless, smooth but lacking substance.

幸得诸位老师指点,我开始回望。老师将我引向一位清代大师——沈铨。他笔下的翎毛走兽,形准而神逸,色艳而格雅。他的画中贯穿着一种对生命的敬意——每一片羽毛的走向,每一根枝干的穿插,都沉淀着深厚的文化根性。站在巨人的肩膀上,我选择不再让AI凭空生成,而是让它学习沈铨。用工笔花鸟的语言,重新讲述那个前世今生的故事。
Thanks to the guidance of all the teachers, I began to look back. The teacher led me to a master from the Qing Dynasty - Shen Quan. His depictions of birds and beasts are precise in form and elegant in spirit, with rich colors and refined style. There is a sense of respect for life throughout his paintings - every movement of the feathers, every interconnection of the branches, all embody profound cultural roots. Standing on the shoulders of giants, I chose not to let the AI generate randomly, but to have it learn from Shen Quan. Using the language of meticulous flower-and-bird paintings, I will retell the story of that past and present.

第二次,在老师们的指引下,我反复调试并将沈铨的构图规律、线条性格、色彩气韵,转化为AI可以理解的画面。那是一段漫长的试错。我一遍遍将生成的画面与沈铨的原作对坐,像学徒临摹古画般虔诚。某个镜头中鹤的尾羽过于僵直,我便回溯参数的缝隙,逐层调校画面的松动感;另一处花瓣的晕染失了层次,我又重回原图片深处,反复揣摩分染的轻重缓急。十余次迭代后,终于有一帧画面让老师点头——那一瞬,我明白,AI开始学会呼吸。
The second time, under the guidance of the teachers, I repeatedly adjusted and transformed Shen Quan's composition rules, line characteristics, and color atmosphere into a picture that AI could understand. It was a long process of trial and error. I compared the generated images with Shen Quan's original works over and over again, as an apprentice would copy ancient paintings. In a certain shot, the tail feathers of the crane were too stiff, so I went back to the parameters' gaps and gradually adjusted the sense of movement in the picture layer by layer; in another part, the blurring of the petals lost its layers, so I returned to the original picture and repeatedly pondered the balance of light and heavy in the gradation of shading. After more than ten iterations, finally, there was one frame of the picture that made the teacher nod - at that moment, I understood that the AI began to learn to breathe.

AI生成的影像,开始带有沈铨的风骨——严谨中见灵动,工致中生意趣。前世今生的叙事,被工笔花鸟的画风重新包裹,竟有了穿越时空的厚度。鹤的羽毛根根分明,花的光影层层晕染。画面,终于有了呼吸。
The images generated by AI now begin to bear the spirit of Shen Quan - being rigorous yet full of vitality, meticulous yet full of charm. The narrative of past and present is wrapped up in the brushwork style of meticulous flower-and-bird paintings, and thus gains a depth that transcends time and space. The feathers of the crane are clearly defined, and the light and shadow of the flowers are gradually diffused layer by layer. Finally, the picture has a life of its own.
在最后一天的展映中,我们大家互相欣赏、互相借鉴。十天说长不长说短不短,但是,这于我而言,是令我印象最深刻的十天、最怀念的十天。白天,老师们不仅讲授专业知识,还会对我们进行一一讲解,晚上,教室里也是灯火通明到凌晨,伙伴们互相鼓舞互相交流。
On the final day of the exhibition, we all appreciated and learned from each other. Ten days, though not extremely long nor extremely short, were the most memorable and cherished ten days for me. During the day, the teachers not only taught us professional knowledge but also provided individual explanations. At night, the classroom was brightly lit until the early hours of the morning, and the classmates encouraged and communicated with each other.

科技与传统,从不是谁替代谁,是彼此照亮。AI予我效率与可能,沈铨予我底蕴与准绳,老师们予我方向与笃信。中华文化的博大精深,就这样在算法的迭代与古人的凝望之间,被重新唤醒,被再次看见。
Technology and tradition are never one replacing the other; they illuminate each other. AI gives me efficiency and possibilities, Shen Quan gives me depth and standards, and the teachers give me direction and faith. The profound and extensive nature of Chinese culture has thus been reawakened and seen again, between the iterative algorithms and the contemplation of the ancients.
