我们一生中很大一部分时间都在工作中度过。我们都清楚那里的明文规定，但还有一套无人写下的潜规则：如何表达真实想法而不冒犯他人？如何说“不”却不显得难以相处？何时该遵守规则，何时又该灵活变通？
这些问题并未出现在任何员工手册中，但它们对我们的工作生活的影响，丝毫不亚于我们的岗位描述。
这次，让我们在一些真实的工作场景中进行角色扮演，看看你会如何应对办公室中的不同情况。
We spend a big part of our lives at work. We all know the official rules there. But there's another set nobody writes down, like how do you say what you really think without offending? How do you say "no" without sounding difficult? When do you follow the rules, and when do you bend them?
These questions don't appear in any employee handbook. But they shape our work life just as much as our job descriptions.
This time, let's play a role in some real workplace scenarios, and see how you would handle different situations in the office.

Step 1: Inform our VPM Alice ( WeChat: lucky6fish )ASAP, and attend at least 4 meetings. You need to take Functional Roles (Timer, Grammarian, Ah-Counter) for 2 times, and participate in Table Topics to deliver qualified impromptu speeches for 2 times.
Step 2: Contact and make an appointment with our VPM, Alice.
Step 3: Deliver a prepared “one-minute” speech to win the club members' vote and pay the membership fee. Then, welcome to be a part of us!!!
第一步：尽快联系我们的 VPM Alice（微信：lucky6fish），并参加至少 4 次会议，您需要：担任职能角色（计时官、语法官、哼哈官）2 次，参与 Table Topics 发表合格的即兴演讲 2 次。
第二步：联系 VPM Alice 并传达确认加入俱乐部的申请意愿。
第三步：发表事先准备好的 “一分钟 ”演讲，赢得俱乐部会员投票并缴纳会费。然后，欢迎成为我们的一员！！！
