Agrees well with experimental and calculated patterns.
Additional weak reflections (indicated by brackets) were observed.
Polymorphism/Phase Transition: There are a number of polymorphic forms of ''Zr O2'' stable at different temperatures and pressures.
Sample Source or Locality: Sample was obtained from Titanium Alloy Manufacturing Co.
(1990) and was heated to 1300° for 48 hours.
Structures: The structure of ''Zr O2'' (baddeleyite) was determined by McCullough and Trueblood (1) and confirmed by Smith and Newkirk (2).
Temperature of Data Collection: The mean temperature of the data collection was 298.5 K.
Unit Cell Data Source: Powder Diffraction.
