DearLinda,
Hope this email finds you well! I’m writing to invite you to collaborate on a 3-minute video for our school’s
“Charming Chinese Festivals” event. I believe your perspective as an exchange student would add a unique touch
toourproject.
I suggest we feature the Mid-Autumn Festival, which is known for its beautiful moon-gazing traditions, and
the touching legend of Chang’e. My initial idea is to film scenes of making mooncakes, displaying lanterns, and
sharingthestorythroughnarrationandvisuals.I’dlovetohearyourthoughtsandideas—whetheraboutthecontent,
presentation,orhowtomakeitmoreappealingtoaglobalaudience.
Wouldyou be available to discuss this further sometime this week? Please let me know what time works best
foryou.Lookingforwardtoyourreply!
Bestregards,
LiHua
