济宁市2026 年高考第三次模拟考试英语听力原文
Text 1
W:When I read the news online,I see so many videos and ads that I end up forgetting what I came to read!
M:Actually, you can download a special app that blocks videos and ads for some time.
Text 2
W:The party was full of fun activities, but it was a bit of a shame that they didn't make a list of who should bring
what dish.
M:Yes,it certainly meant that lots of people brought the same thing.
Text 3
M:I was surprised not to see you at the gym on Saturday night,Helen. You weren't sick, were you?
W:Nothing like that,Paul. In fact,my brother Kevin is moving to his new house soon, and he asked me to help him
pack his belongings.
Text 4
M:Have you noticed how everyone is wearing oversized clothes lately?
W:Yes!And I heard long shirts are coming back. The trends just keep repeating.
M:Interesting!I have a few old ones I could wear again.
Text 5
M:How can I help you today?
W:Oh,yes, could you help me choose a laptop?I use it mostly for school work.
M:A mid-range one should suit your needs.Right this way,I'll show you our best options for that.
Text 6
M:Good afternoon,I'm contacting you regarding our recent vacation package.
W:Good afternoon,Mr.Patel.How may I assist you today?
M:The accommodations provided were below the standards promised in our package. The room was poorly
maintained,with cleanliness issues.
W:I apologize for any inconvenience.I'll pass this matter on to our quality control team for further investigation.
M:Thank you.I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences.
Text 7
M:It's been two years now since I totally quit eating meat.
W:Me too.I just wanted to live a greener life, and meat production's just not good for the environment.I thought I
might miss certain vitamins,so I took the time to learn about healthy eating.
M:Oh,that sounds like a good idea. Not trying to do too much at once was beneficial for me,like exchanging chicken
or steak for beans and vegetables bit by bit.
W:I did pretty much the same thing and was amazed how varied non-meat dishes can be,in fact.
Text 8
W:Hey,Mark,do you have a minute to go over the details of our upcoming business trip?
M:Sure,Anna.When do we leave?
W:We're flying out next Monday at 8 a.m.I've booked us on the direct flight to Chicago. We need to be at the airport
by 6 a.m.for check-in and security.I've arranged for a car service to pick us up at 5 a.m.
M:Great.Do we have a detailed schedule for the trip yet?
W:Yes.We'll have meetings with the client on Monday afternoon and all day Tuesday.Wednesday morning is set
aside for a factory visit, and we fly back Wednesday evening. So we could only spare a little time on Tuesday night
to check out the city.
M:Sounds busy,but manageable.
Text 9
W:Rob,what do you think we should announce first on the show today?
M:I was thinking we should start with the big concert ticket giveaway. It will definitely attract a lot of attention from
our listeners.
W:But don't you think we should kick off with the weather update? It's pretty cloudy out there, and people will want
to know if it's going to clear up later.
M:You're right.Maybe we can fit in a quick weather update, then go straight into the giveaway announcement.
W:Perfect. That way,we cover what people need to know first, and then we grab their attention with the giveaway. We
could even preview the giveaway right after the weather so listeners stick around.
M:Exactly.Something like"after this weather update, stay tuned for details on how you can win tickets to the biggest
concert of the year."
W:And we'll follow that up with the morning headlines.
Text 10
W:Hello, everyone.I'm Jenny, and I'm here to talk to you about being an actress.I've been in the business for a long
time.I'm currently working on a film called Three Bridges, which I hope is going to be a hit. However, most of you
might recognize me from Blackfield Road, the soap opera.I spent three years at a drama school. There,we studied
subjects like acting techniques, voice training, and screenplay analysis. At school,we had this program where senior
students had to spend two weeks in a real work environment.I got to spend time in a theater.I learnt all about how
they built the set and how the costumes were made. After graduation,I had hoped to be given a part in a film, but
instead,it was a small part in a TV commercial! However, after that,I had better opportunities to participate in some
films.I'm trying out at the moment for a Shakespeare play. It's King Lear, and I'm really looking forward to working
on stage in a theater again. It's a great chance to sharpen my acting skills, but nothing compares to the experience of
having a real audience.
