疑问代词的非疑问用法(1)**
English ExplanationInterrogative pronouns such as 谁, 什么, and 哪儿 / 哪里 do not always ask questions. In declarative sentences, they can refer to an unspecified person, thing, or place.
In this usage, they often mean:谁 = someone什么 = something哪儿 / 哪里 = somewhere
This is called the non-interrogative use of interrogative pronouns.
NotesThe sentence is not a real question. These words function as indefinite references instead.
