In an exclusive interview, Chubak Temirov, Deputy Director of the High-Tech Park of the Kyrgyz Republic, reflected on the SCO's 25th anniversary, saying the organization has built a solid foundation of trust among member states and that the next phase should pivot toward 'co-building.'
