小学英语人文绘本｜走进上海 Shanghai

现今英语考试，早已不单单考语法、背单词。
历史、文化类人文阅读，在中高考里占比越来越高。

这类能力，临时抱佛脚突击不来。

Shanghai is a great city in eastern China, famous for its long history and fast‑growing modern life.

By the Huangpu River stands The Bund. You can see many beautiful old buildings there. Inside the city, there are quiet old lanes and stone archways.

You can visit famous landmarks such as Yu Garden, Jing'an Temple and the City God Temple. The city also has nice local food, like xiaolongbao, shengjian bun, crab cake and osmanthus cake.

Today, Shanghai is a busy global city. Tall skyscrapers stand near its busy ports. It keeps its old culture and welcomes people from all over the world. Every year, millions of visitors come here.
