初中英语语法｜持续时间怎么表达？

since 和 for 总是分不清？记住一句话：
since 看起点，for 看时长。
现在完成时基本结构：
have / has + 过去分词
1. since + 时间点
表示“从什么时候开始”。
since 2020
since Monday
since last year
例句：
I have lived here since 2020.
我从2020年起就住在这里。
2. for + 时间段
表示“持续了多长时间”。
for three years
for two weeks
for a long time
例句：
I have lived here for five years.

3. How long 怎么问？
How long have you lived here?
