M: That’s for sure.

M: Hi, Sally. My apologies for reaching out during your vacation, but it’s rather urgent.

W: That’s okay, Mr. Clark. What’s going on?

M: I just got off the phone with Steve. He said he only contacted 30 customers this week, and he didn’t market our new product to them. He told me that’s the full list he received from you, and he didn’t know about the new product. Didn’t you make it clear to him at that time?

W: Of course. There are 60 customers on that list. I contacted 10 of them before I took my vacation. I emailed him all the remaining customers’ email addresses and adequate product descriptions. He must have missed the point of the task.

M: I see. Would you mind giving him a quick call to explain how to approach the remaining customers properly?

W: Hmm, all right. I’ll do it.

M: You are a star. I’ll contact the HR department right away and ask them to add an extra day to your holiday.

W: That’s fantastic. I’m really glad I answered the phone.

Hi, everyone! As you all know, I’m the biggest music fan in our class. Since my favorite singer won an award at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards, I’d like to take a look back at the highlights in my presentation today. The host of the evening was Trevor Noah, who did a fantastic job keeping the mood light and fun. My favorite singer, Beyoncé, made history by becoming the first Black woman in 25 years to win Album of the Year for her work Cowboy Carter. Chappell Roan had an amazing night, winning Best New Artist. Her album, Good Luck, Babe, once helped her sweep the Billboard charts. Sabrina Carpenter scored her first Grammy for Best Pop Solo Performance with her Espresso. Another big winner was Kendrick Lamar, who took home five Grammy Awards, including Record of the Year and Song of the Year awards for Not Like Us. Overall, it was a great night for music, with amazing performances and emotional speeches. I can’t wait to see what happens next year!
