在全球化和人工智慧（AI）技術深度融合的時代，國際傳播面臨著多語言分析、跨文化解讀和高效成果產出的多重挑戰。為助力學者和從業者快速掌握前沿工具與方法，亞太傳播交流協會和澳門互聯網研究學會聯合推出「國際傳播AI研究與實踐特訓營」。本次特訓營以「3.5小時打通科研全鏈路」為主軸，整合澳門國際化樞紐資源與原創AI工具鏈，聚焦全流程實戰，旨在促進學員將理論知識高效轉化為實踐能力，全面提升運用AI完成國際傳播的綜合素養。

1．全流程實戰訓練。聚焦「數據採集—分析—報告—傳播」關鍵鏈條，強化國際傳播研究與實踐一體化訓練。幫助學員在短時間內建立清晰的方法框架與應用路徑，系統提升從資訊取得、分析研判到成果輸出的實踐轉化能力。

2．AI工具協同賦能。整合原創研發AI工具（SIP Listen、SIP Create和DiVoMiner^®），形成較為完整的國際傳播AI應用鏈條。 課程聚焦全球傳播輿情監測、社交聆聽、內容創作、數據分析與研究提煉等關鍵環節，幫助學員系統提升在科研、教學與傳播實踐中的綜合應用能力。

3．海外平台認知與全球案例資源支持： 系統理解海外主流社交媒體的運行機制、用戶特徵與內容邏輯，建立開展國際傳播所必需的平台認知與渠道意識。 同時精選國際新聞媒體、社交媒體與傳播研究中的前沿案例和全球案例資源，幫助學員在真實議題、真實平台與真實傳播場景中把握國際傳播的運行規律，並為課堂教學、科研選題、論文寫作和專案研究提供更具針對性的案例支撐。

4．澳門國際樞紐優勢。立足澳門、面向全球，依託澳門的國際化交流環境與跨文化傳播場景，幫助學員拓寬國際視野，增強跨文化交流能力與國際傳播資源鏈接能力。這一獨特的區位優勢，有助於學員更好地把握全球化語境下的傳播機遇與實踐空間。

5．成果轉化與應用導向：課程內容直接服務於論文寫作、課題申報、研究報告、宣傳策劃與品牌傳播等實際需求。同時，推動學員將所學方法與工具運用於講好中國故事、助力中國品牌出海及開展海外營銷傳播等具體場景，在提升學術產出能力的同時，強化面向國際傳播實踐的綜合能力。

第一部分：國際傳播環境認知與平台傳播策略

系統理解海外主流社交媒體的運行機制、用戶特徵與內容邏輯，建立開展國際傳播所必需的平台認知與管道意識。學完之後，能夠準確判斷內容投放渠道、表達方式與傳播重點，有效提升內容觸達與傳播效率。

第二部分：國際傳播效果評估與風險管理

聚焦國際傳播成效識別、回饋分析與風險識別，幫助建立更加完整的評估框架與風控意識。學完之後，能夠更穩妥地處理跨文化表達、平台規則、輿情波動與倫理邊界等現實問題。

第三部分：全球傳播輿情監測與社交聆聽實戰【上手練】

依託SIP Listen社交聆聽工具開展全球傳播輿情監測、熱點議題追蹤與社交聆聽訓練，幫助建立面向國際議題的資訊發現與趨勢識別能力。學完之後，能夠獨立掌握從線索捕捉、議題觀察到傳播判斷的實操路徑，為科研選題、宣傳策劃和品牌傳播提供數據依據。

第四部分：國際傳播內容創作實戰【上手練】

掌握SIP Create AI寫作工具，將資訊資料系統轉化為結構清晰、表達準確、適合傳播的高質量文本。學完之後，能夠更高效地完成選題提煉、內容生成、文稿優化與多場景寫作任務。

第五部分：國際傳播數據分析與研究實戰【上手練】

以DiVoMiner^®為支撐，開展數據挖掘、內容分析、文本分析與研究提煉，深入理解國際傳播研究的基本方法與應用路徑。學完之後，能夠更有效地形成論文選題、課題設計、研究報告等高質量學術成果，增強學術產出能力與專案應用能力。

In an era of deep integration between globalization and artificial intelligence (AI), international communication faces multiple challenges in multilingual analysis, cross-cultural interpretation, and the efficient production of high-quality results. To help scholars and practitioners quickly master frontier tools and methods, the Asia-Pacific Communication Exchange Association and the Macao Association for Internet Research are jointly launching the “International Communication AI Research and Practice Training Camp.” Centered on the theme of “Connecting the Full Research Workflow in 3.5 Hours,” this training camp integrates Macau’s strengths as an international hub with a proprietary AI toolchain, with a focus on hands-on practice across the full process of “data collection → analysis → reporting → communication.” It is designed to help participants efficiently transform theoretical knowledge into practical competence and comprehensively strengthen their AI-enabled capabilities in international communication.

1．Full-Workflow Hands-on Training. Focused on the key chain of “data collection – analysis – reporting – communication,” the program strengthens integrated training in international communication research and practice. It helps participants build a clear methodological framework and application pathway within a short period of time, systematically improving their ability to transform information acquisition, analytical judgment, and output production into practical results.

2．AI Toolchain Synergy. The program integrates a proprietary AI toolchain—SIP Listen, SIP Create, and DiVoMiner^®—to form a relatively complete AI application chain for international communication. The curriculum focuses on core tasks such as global public opinion monitoring, social listening, content creation, data analysis, and research synthesis, helping participants systematically improve their comprehensive application capabilities in research, teaching, and communication practice.

3．Overseas Platform Literacy and Global Case Support. Participants will develop a systematic understanding of the operating mechanisms, user characteristics, and content logic of major overseas social media platforms, building the platform literacy and channel awareness essential for international communication. At the same time, the program offers carefully selected frontier cases and global case resources from international news media, social media, and communication research, helping participants grasp the operating logic of international communication in real issues, real platforms, and real communication scenarios, while providing more targeted case support for classroom teaching, research topic selection, academic writing, and project-based studies.

4．Macau’s International Hub Advantage. Rooted in Macau and oriented toward the world, the program draws on Macau’s international exchange environment and cross-cultural communication scenarios to help participants broaden their global vision and strengthen their cross-cultural communication skills and ability to connect with international communication resources. This distinctive locational advantage enables participants to better identify communication opportunities and practical space in a globalized context.

5．Outcome Transformation and Application Orientation. The curriculum directly serves practical needs such as academic paper writing, project and grant applications, research reports, publicity planning, and brand communication. It also encourages participants to apply the methods and tools they learn to concrete scenarios such as telling China’s stories well, supporting Chinese brands in going global, and carrying out overseas marketing communication, thereby strengthening both academic output and real-world application capabilities in international communication.

Part 1: Understanding the International Communication Environment and Platform Strategies

Participants will gain a systematic understanding of the operating mechanisms, user characteristics, and content logic of major overseas social media platforms, and develop the platform literacy and channel awareness required for international communication. After completing this part, they will be able to make more accurate judgments about content distribution channels, modes of expression, and communication priorities, thereby effectively improving content reach and communication efficiency.

Part 2: Evaluating International Communication Effectiveness and Managing Risks

This part focuses on identifying communication effectiveness, analyzing feedback, and recognizing risks, helping participants build a more complete evaluation framework and stronger risk awareness. After completing this part, they will be better equipped to handle practical issues related to cross-cultural expression, platform rules, fluctuations in public opinion, and ethical boundaries.

Part 3: Hands-on Practice in Global Public Opinion Monitoring and Social Listening

Using the SIP Listen social listening tool, participants will conduct global public opinion monitoring, trending topic tracking, and social listening exercises to build their capacity for information discovery and trend identification around international issues. After completing this part, they will be able to independently follow a practical path from clue detection and issue observation to communication judgment, providing data support for research topic selection, publicity planning, and brand communication.

Part 4: Hands-on Practice in International Communication Content Creation

Participants will learn to use the SIP Create AI writing tool to systematically transform information and source materials into high-quality texts that are clearly structured, accurately expressed, and suitable for dissemination. After completing this part, they will be able to carry out topic refinement, content generation, draft optimization, and multi-scenario writing tasks more efficiently.

Part 5: Hands-on Practice in Data Analysis and Research for International Communication

Supported by DiVoMiner^®, this part covers data mining, content analysis, text analysis, and research synthesis, helping participants develop a deeper understanding of the core methods and application pathways of international communication research. After completing this part, they will be able to more effectively produce high-quality academic outputs such as paper topics, project designs, and research reports, while strengthening both scholarly productivity and project application capabilities.
