夜雨聆风The Italian Chamber of Commerce in China (CCIC) is looking for a long-term intern for our office in Suzhou.

The Italian Chamber of Commerce in China (CCIC) is the only business organization recognized by both the Italian Government (Ministry of Economic Development, MiSE) and People’s Republic of China (Ministry of Civil Affairs, MoCA) that aims to boost the internationalization of Italian business and to promote the “Made in Italy” in the PRC. Established in 1991, CICC has now offices in Beijing, Tianjin, Chongqing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Suzhou.
The CCIC Members (almost 800 Members and Friends in December 2023) represent the Italian business community such as public-invested and multinational corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises (both manufacturing and commercial), service companies etc.
Main tasks
Under the guidance and instructions of the Suzhou Office Manager (responsible for overseeing operations within Jiangsu Province), the candidate will assist in the following areas:
For the organization of the planned activities and events, with a primary focus on membership activities and business operations in the Changzhou area;
For the organization of fairs and exhibitions, including the planning of the project and the coordination with any third parties involved;
For the CRM of the Membership Campaigns;
For implementing and promptly executing the Information Service, by dispatching information based on inquiries received in a timely manner;
For the office management related to coordination with IT supplier, office suppliers order, organization and update of the archive and any other tasks the Office Manager might deem to involve him/her into, etc.
Education background
Italian or Chinese National Bachelor graduate, marketing and business background is preferable (MSc graduate is a plus);
Good command of English both oral and written (good command of Chinese is a plus);Strong IT skills with proficiency in Office package;
Excellent organization, analytical and communications skills;
Pro-activeness and flexibility.
