1. Cooperate with R&D engineers and product managers to write high-quality database contentin English and ensure content is accurate and consistent with products. The content includes but is not limited to documents in the documentation center, UI texts, and videos.
2. Provide content support for users to get started with products, improve content quality and user experience, and handle feedbacks from users' point of view.
3. Create style guide and term base, formulate quality management rules and procedures, and make requirement management procedures.
4. Become an expert on OceanBase products from both technical and business standpoints, and test and verify the usabilityof products and content
1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, English, or related majors.
2. More than 5 years' experience in writing content in English.
3. Self- and fast-learner interested in new technologies and proficiency in understanding complex technologies
4. Spirit of teamwork.
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proactive, efficient, and detail-oriented.
7. Familiar with technical content style guides and Simplified Technical English (STE).
8. Experience in databases, cloud computing, or big data.9. TEM-8 level or equivalent.
