英文报名是PMP最大的卡点,没有之一
考PMP的人十有八九都是卡在英文报名这一步。
中文报名很简单,填表交钱就行。英文报名不一样——你得在PMI官网上用英文写清楚你的项目经验,还要经得起审核。PMI每年随机抽查10%-15%的申请,写得不合规范,轻则让你补材料来回折腾,重则直接打回。
我见过太多人,专业知识没问题,模拟考次次过,偏偏卡在报名这一步。不是他不努力,是没人告诉他英文项目经验到底怎么写才算过关。
这篇东西,就是把这事掰开揉碎讲清楚。你照这个路子写,过审概率能提高一大截。
PMI到底在审什么
你填的项目经验,PMI不是看你技术牛不牛,看的是你有没有做过「项目管理」这件事。
按PMI的标准,项目管理包含五大过程组:启动、规划、执行、监控、收尾。你填的经验,只要覆盖了这些活动,不管你职位叫不叫项目经理,都算数。

1. 项目时间不能重叠——你填了A项目1月到6月,B项目就不能写3月到9月

3. 用英文填写,语法错误太多也容易被揪住不放
STAR法则——万能骨架
PMI审核人员看你的描述,本质上就是在找这四个东西:这个项目是干嘛的、你负责什么、你做了什么、结果怎样。
