Total area of the inner and outer garden
= Area of A + Area of B + Area of C + Area of D + Area of E
+ Area of F
= 7 × 4 + 7 × 3 + 7 × 3 + 6 × 3 + 6 × 3 + 15 × 3
= 151 m2
Perimeter of inner garden = 7 + 4 + 7 + 4
= 22 cm
Perimeter of outer garden = 15 + 12 + 7 + 3 + 4 + 6 + 9 + 6 + 4 + 3
+ 7 + 12
= 88 cm
Total perimeter = 22 + 88
= 110 m
