1.篇章音频狂背：听课本Listening and Speaking板块录音3遍。第1遍盲听抓主旨，了解开学问候与自我介绍的对话场景；第2遍逐句跟读，模仿语音语调；第3遍合书尝试复述对话要点，标记卡顿的生词与长句。
2.核心词句狂背：聚焦本课8组核心词汇与短语，边读边在草稿本写例句，建立“词—句”关联。核心词：greet, exchange, impression, campus, challenge, senior, junior, pressure核心短语：greet each other, make a self-introduction, first impression, senior high school, campus life, learning habit
3.典型佳句狂背：提前背诵3个核心功能句，做到能流利口头复述，为课中真悟打基础。
二、真悟阶段·规律内化（课中探究完成）
本阶段核心：用理性思维拆解语言现象，归纳底层规律，标注考试易错陷阱。
（一）篇章真悟（落实RSB背悟用篇章秘笈）
本文为开学场景对话，以“新生初次见面交流”为线索，行文逻辑清晰：
•开头：见面问候，开启话题
•中间：自我介绍，谈论初中毕业感受
•结尾：交流对高中生活的预期与担忧
理性思考：日常交际类对话，听力重点抓人物身份、核心话题、观点态度。长对话遵循“问候→自我介绍→话题延伸→收尾”的交际逻辑，听前预判场景，能快速抓住关键信息。
（二）典型佳句真悟（落实RSB背悟用典型佳句秘笈）
每句拆解“句式结构+功能用法+考试易错点”，从“看懂”到“吃透”。
1.I’m delighted to have the chance to exchange ideas with new classmates here.真悟解析：be delighted to do sth 很高兴做某事；exchange sth with sb 与某人交换某物；不定式短语作原因状语。⚠️ 高考易错坑：exchange后接介词with表“和某人交换”，接for表“交换某物”。
2.The first impression you leave on others is very important in daily communication.真悟解析：first impression 第一印象；you leave on others是省略关系代词的定语从句，修饰impression；leave impression on sb 给某人留下印象。⚠️ 高频失分点：impression为名词，动词形式为impress，形容词为impressive，词性转换为语法填空必考点。
3.Senior high life will bring more challenges, but I am ready to face them.真悟解析：senior high school 高中；bring challenges 带来挑战；be ready to do sth 准备好做某事；but连接并列句表转折。
课堂实操：合上书本，口头复述3个句子的结构规律，自行列举1个易错场景，完成“输入—拆解—内化”。
三、神用阶段·输出落地（当堂+课后练习）
本阶段核心：学什么练什么，题目直接对接考点，练一道会一类，拒绝无效刷题。
