On October 1st, 1949, the People's Republic of China was founded. Since then, October 1st has been our National Day.

1949年10月1日，中华人民共和国成立。从那以后，十月一日就成了我们的国庆节。

多年以前，祖国走过艰难岁月。人民奋力拼搏，建设美好生活。改革开放后，中国快速发展。深圳从一个小渔村，成长为一座繁华的现代化都市。

如今，处处可见巨大的进步。四通八达的路桥贯通山河；大亚湾涌动着前沿科技的脉搏；古老的丝绸之路，助力中国向世界传播文化。传统文化在新时代熠熠生辉。

二、语法点

现在完成时 + since 从句

这是经典结构：

规则：since + 过去时间点/过去时从句 → 主句用现在完成时

常考变形：

• Since 1949, China has changed a lot. 
• Since reform and opening-up, great progress has been made. 

易错点： 孩子们容易把主句写成一般过去时 ❌ Since then, it was... 这是错的。
