9 月 29 日，Claude 批量封号。X 上这两天全是吐槽被封的帖子，Claude Code 重度用户和 API 开发者是重灾区。其实可以申诉，从表单填写到邮件申诉，每一步都有英文原文。
审核员 30 秒扫一眼的底层逻辑、两个表单问题的英文模板、以及唯一触发人工回复的邮箱。
审核员 30秒看三样东西
确认你是否在做模型蒸馏、反向代理、网络安全类操作中没有。审核员的工作流不是逐字阅读，是 30 秒扫一眼你的描述，找这三个触发词。
只写一句「我是正常用户」，审核员拿不到任何可验证的信息，大概率直接拒绝。写清楚具体项目名、具体操作、主动解释可能被误判的点，才给审核员一个放行的理由。
两个表单问题，改完项目名就能提交
第 1 问（必填）：What do you use your account for?
提示语：Describe your typical workflow and which Claude products you use (chat, API, Claude Code).
填写策略：列具体项目名，证明是真实开发用途，不是批量刷 API。第二：明确声明没做过 cybersecurity、model distillation、reverse proxying，主动邀请对方查记录，然后说账号里积累了大量 memory 和项目经验，请求复核解封。
英文模板（项目名替换为你自己的真实项目）：

表单提交的同时立刻发申诉邮件，在表单的 final decision 出来之前发。三个申诉相关邮箱都发了，结果：

模板救误封，但救不了真违规
这套模板解决的是 9 月 29 日自动风控误伤正常用户的问题。核心是让审核员在表单和邮件里看到「这人没做蒸馏、没跑代理、没搞网络安全」，并且有具体项目和时间线可以查。
如果你确实在跑反向代理或蒸馏服务，模板救不了你，别浪费时间。
