第一轮：客户询价

A: Customer（客户）

请报123型号产品的最低价。

What's your MOQ and FOB port?

起订量和FOB港口是多少？

第二轮：供应商报价

B: Seller（供应商）

Our FOB Shanghai price is $15 per piece.

我们上海离岸价是每件15美元。

第三轮：客户还价

A: Customer

The price is a little high. Can you make it cheaper?

价格有点高，能再便宜点吗？

1. 产品实际成本（含退税）

实际成本 = 含税出厂价 − 出口退税收入

Actual Cost = Tax-included Factory Price − Export Tax Rebate

2. 出口退税

退税收入 = 含税价 ÷ 1.13 × 退税率

Tax Rebate = Tax-included Price ÷ 1.13 × Tax Rebate Rate

3. 保险费（CIF用）

保险费 = CIF价 × 1.1 × 保险费率

Insurance Premium = CIF Price × 1.1 × Insurance Rate

4. 外币报价（美金）

外币单价 = 人民币报价 ÷ 汇率

Foreign Currency Unit Price = RMB Quotation ÷ Exchange Rate

CFR 报价句型

We quote you CFR destination port price.

CFR price does not include insurance; insurance is to be covered by the buyer.

CFR价格不含保险，保险由买方负责。

CIF 报价句型

请查收我们的CIF价格。

This quotation is on CIF basis, including freight and insurance.

此报价为CIF价，包含运费与保险。

Insurance is to be covered for 110% of the invoice value.

保险按发票金额110%投保。

含退税成本

This is our bottom price with minimum profit; big discount is not acceptable.

USD price is calculated at the current exchange rate.
