M: Good idea. After deciding on the topics, we can go to the college library and look up some information on the local history. That’ll help us when we’re interviewing people later.
W: OK. We need to do about ten interviews, don’t we?
M: That’s right. But it might be worth doing more. It means we’ll be able to choose the best ones of our support.
W: It makes sense. People are going to give up their time to talk to us. So we need to thank them properly.
M: Right. We can write them a letter to say how grateful we are.
W: Nice idea. We’ve got plenty of ideas. Let’s start now and find Ms. Jane.

M: Last week, I went on a trip to a town. I arrived by train at 10 o'clock. There's a big sports ground next to the station. I didn't go there but I heard the crowds cheering at a football match. I went to the local museum, and saw lots of interesting things. After that, I visited a school in town and met some of the children there. At one o'clock, I ate lunch in the park behind the school. I had a packed lunch with cheese sandwiches and an apple. After lunch, I visited a castle. It was beautiful, and I took hundreds of photos. Finally, at three o'clock, I went to a gym in front of the station. It was a great way to end the day! I played two tennis games with several boys. At five o'clock I started to walk to the station to catch the 5:30 train home. What a great day!
