customers fairly. Where we took the difficult decision to reduce credit to a business
customer, we tried to do so in an orderly, measured and responsible way.

Before making a decision, answer these questions:

Speaking up if you think there is a better way
Speaking up if you think there is a problem: The first thing to do is speak to either your line
manager, HR or compliance.
Whether we speak to customers daily or we support those who do; each of us can make
decisions that shape the future for better or worse. This is a privilege and a responsibility.

we will ask questions when making important choices we will follow both the letter and the

Video Interview
1. A company named HPP wants to enter media market. Your manager asks you to
prepare for a brief note but you have little knowledge about this industry. How will
you prepare for it?
1. Your manager asks you to do four tasks and each task has its own deadline. (There is
a time schedule from Monday to Friday for yourself). How will you deal with this?
( Except that the manager asks you to attend a meeting for him at a certain time point,
you are able to handle other tasks and prioritize)
有的 task 是 ddl 前你刚好有个空余时间可以 fit,有的 task 的 ddl 前时间是不够的。
2. A manager sent you an email about a company overview and financial summary. How
to build relationship with this new client?3. (related to Part 3 Q2) client replied you that they don’t have time to prepare these
documents; however, if the payment cannot be approved, the production line will be
badly impacted because it is broken and need to be repaired now. They hope you can
deal with this as soon as possible.
4. (related to Part 3 Q2) your client complains that such thing happened before and
impacted his business seriously. He ask for your thoughts of how you two can work
together to prevent future occurrence. How will you respond?
5. How to integrate into a new group when other group members have already worked
in this group for a while?

compliance部门要review,如果等他们review完了就来不及执行了,问这种情况下如何应
对。

here, how to use this chance to build up your network?
9. After you recommend a fund to your client, your colleague strongly recommends
another fund. What are you going to do?
10. You client replied you that they thought the fund you recommended was too risky, so
they were trying to find another company. What are you going to respond?

Case
1. HPP company wants to acquire a media company in US.
