1、 外部环境分析
① 家庭环境分析:由于出生在农村,而父母受教育水平也不高,深知接
受学习教育的重要性,虽然我不能选择出身,但我可以通过学习来改
变自己的未来,将来也为家乡的发展出自己的一份子
② 学校环境分析:我们学院的各项设施都还算完备。虽然学院还在建设
中,但我对我们学院是抱有很大希望的。前景应该会很不错。作为一
个当代的大学生,我一直认为一个人的自我学习能力才是最重要的,
学校给的只是一个学习的环境,一个学习的平台。我在学校进行的专
业学习,大多都是通过自己学习掌握的,老师给的,更多的是引导,

则选择大幅度缩减招聘人数,这对大学生就业来说无异于火上浇油,
农民工、本科生、研究生都在为着各自的工业激烈的竞争着,不过因
为我国经济的基本面并没有改变,经济增长的动力依然强劲,这为大
学毕业生顺利就业提供了保障。金融危机的确影响了全球经济,但可
以看到国际影响较大,国内形势还比较稳定的,依然可以通过自己努
力,谋得一职半位的。危机带来了困扰,既是挑战,更是机遇,等待
我们这些大学生去面对去挑战,而战胜危机之后,则是更明朗的前途

解决学生就业难的问题,也因为经济危机的原因,教师行业的竞争也

④ 职业环境分析
当前教师行业发展朝着两极分布,一方面,西部地区的教师人数、教师
质量、以及教学设施、教师待遇方面都显得捉襟见肘,而另一方面,在
中东部发达区域,教室行业则显得竞争异常激烈,当前的经济形势下,
随着国家对教育的大力扶持,教师行业的稳定性让越来越多的大学生对
其青睐有加,总结一下中小学教师主要呈现如下现状:教师队伍年轻化,
教师待遇低位化,教师压力极限化,东西发展两极化。作为教师,最大
的职责是教学育人、任劳任怨,因而要求教师必须不能太盲目化,对于
刚毕业而无经验的大学生来说更是如此,而现在东西部初、高中文科教
师人几乎处于饱和状态,对于英语专业的我们来说更是面临巨大挑战。

3.1 自身的SWOT分析
3.1.1 优势因素(S)
我的最大优势就是自己的学习能力,我比较容易接受新的知识,我想,这个
优点会很大程度上促进我的发展,其次,个人性格上比较冷静、稳定、有耐
心,这为我走教师这条路增加了很大的筹码。而且自己的专业技能掌握的也
还好,这点也是极为重要的。
3.1.2 弱势因素(W)
就我自身,我想我最需要克服的困难就是提高自己面对公众的能力,应该多
多参加一些公众活动,加强自己面对大众的能力,克服紧张情绪,与更多的
人交流交往。当然,自己肯定还有很多不足的地方,需要在以后的学习与生
活中不断的改正与提高。
3.1.3 机会因素(O)
应该来说,就目前的就业形势来说,纯粹的机会因素是很少的,正
因为如此,我想我得更加珍惜每次的机会,尽力抓住每一次机遇,当前江苏
省的中小学教师招聘形式改为了全省统一招收,不允许学校自己私自招收,
因而,对于我来说,这无疑是多了份机会,因为这样的形式招聘很大程度上
增加了招聘的公平性与合理性。除此之外,我也相信在我以后的工作生涯中,
我同样会遇到许多许多的机会,比如说加薪机会,升职机会等等。
3.1.4 挑战因素(T)
没有任何一个职业不存在挑战因素,教师职业同样如此,敢于迎接挑战,才
能不断在挑战中让自己成长,首先是自己在教学的过程中,肯定会遇到许多
具有挑战性的问题,比如说升学率,比如说学生复杂问题的解决(不仅仅是
学习方面的问题),自己还有可能会成为班主任,如何管理好一个班级,会
对自己构成极大的挑战,这也是一种威胁,对自己工作能力的一种考验,所
以,必须充分认识这些挑战因素

评估的内容:
(1)职业目标评估:假如我所处的职业一直有比较好的发展前景,我在这
个领域有比较杰出的贡献。事业发展良好,得到广泛的认可,那么我将一直从
事于这个行业,直到退休。
(2)职业路径评估:当出现危机时,比如我工作上的表现不尽如人意,得
不到上级领导的赏识,同事的认可。我觉得自己确实不适合这个这份工作,那
么我会调整我的职业路径,选择其他的职业。
(3)实施策略评估:如果我发现我的工作方法不是那么合适,我对某些问
题的看法不是那么恰当,以至影响到人际关系,工作表现,我就会及时改变调
整自己,尽量做到不改变工作岗位,尽力把工作做好。
(4)其他因素评估:万一我在工作期间出现身体上,经济上等等之类的问
题,或者其他意外情况的发生,如果能坚持的,我会尽量在工作岗位上坚持。
如果实在问题严重,无法继续在这一岗位谋生的话,我也会选择先放弃,等有
能力的时候再继续,或者在别处谋求出路。
评估时间:在一般情况下,我定期一年评估规划;当出现特殊情况时,比
如天灾人祸,经济问题,家庭因素,我会随时评估并进行相应的调整。

由于社会环境、家庭环境、组织环境、个人成长曲线等变化以及各种不可预测
因素的影响,一个人的职业生涯发展往往不是一帆风顺的。为了更好地主动把
握人生,适应千变万化的职场世界,拟定一份备选的职业生涯规划方案是十分
必要的。
我的备选职业身生涯规划方案:若在高中学校中不适应,我会考虑在中小学做
英语教师。所以在大学期间如果有精力,我会考取教师资格证书,学会心理方
面的一些知识,引导小朋友走上正确的道路。在如今这个科技高度发达的社会,
