板模板靠墙悬挑过大怎么办?普通墙模板要设置面板+方木+双钢管及3形卡,最少需要占用将近300mm的空间,会造成板模板悬挑过长的情况。一计算,板的双钢管主肋应力290多兆帕,已经超过了205兆帕的允许应力。这时候在悬挑部分加个斜杆扣件式钢管+顶托+斜木方顶一下即可,最大主肋应力就减小到205兆帕以内,为196兆帕,已经合格了。计算过程中已经加了1.3/1.5的分项系数,个人认为临时结构按实际尺寸计算,只要能计算材料能满足规范要求就可以了,没必要再打折了。相应的38*88mm木方和木模板应力也都合格了,是最经济的调整方法。这里模拟的是600mm厚钢筋混凝土,15mm模板,方木次肋间距300mm,48盘扣支撑架间距900*900mm。添加的斜杆提取下计算的轴力,小于8kN,单个扣件就可满足。8kN是扣件满足《JGJ 130-2011 建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架》表5.1.7扣件抗滑承载力设计值的要求。
