Sample Preparation: Prepared by acid treatment of ''Li2 Mn O3'' (prepared from electrolytic ''Mn O2'' and ''Li O H · H2 O'' at 800 C) with 1-5M ''H2 S O4'' at ~90 C and dried overnight at 300 C.
