中国的办公设计正日益反映出职业与个人生活之间界限的模糊，尤其是对于身兼多职的创业者而言。由Milanesi | Paiusco设计、于2026年完工的北京Sundate办公室，通过打造一个854平方米的内部空间，容纳了客户作为内容创作者、品牌创始人和母亲的多重角色，体现了这一转变。该空间并非传统的工作场所，而是一个让这些身份能够共存并在一天中灵活切换的小世界。设计团队专注于营造良好的情绪和灵感，以支持工作与生活不均衡的节奏。该项目展示了办公空间如何演变，不仅服务于生产力，更服务于用户日常体验的全方位需求。

Office design in China is increasingly reflecting the blurred boundaries between professional and personal life, especially for entrepreneurs who wear multiple hats. The Sundate Office in Beijing, designed by Milanesi | Paiusco and completed in 2026, illustrates this shift by creating a 854 sqm interior that accommodates the client's roles as a content creator, brand founder, and mother. Rather than a traditional workplace, the space is conceived as a small world where these identities can coexist and shift fluidly throughout the day. The design team focused on fostering good mood and inspiration to support an uneven rhythm of work and life. This project shows how office interiors can evolve to serve not just productivity but the full spectrum of a user's daily experience.
