九、书面通知
通知是上级对下级、组织对成员布置工作、传达情况或告诉公众某件事情等情况时使用
的一种应用文体。时间、地点、参与者、内容及注意事项都是通知的要点，应直截了当地给
予说明。一般标题为Notice或Announcement。通常要有发通知的时间及落款；一般告诉读
者事件要发生的地方，因此常用一般将来时，穿插使用一般现在时。写作结构如下：
1．In order to...，...will be held in our school.
为了……，我们学校将举行……
2．The...，which is aimed at...，is scheduled on...
这场……，旨在……，定于……(时间、地点)举行。
3．In order to improve.../With the purpose of raising.../Aimed at strengthening...，...will be held in
our school...
为了提高……，我们学校将举办……
4．There will be various...，including...
将会有各种……，包括……
5．What’s more，you need to be informed of the following requirements.
此外，还需要向你们告知以下要求。
6．Firstly，remember to do...
