十、新闻报道
新闻报道是记叙文的一种，其特点是以事实为依据，所以首先要交代事件或活动的时间、
地点、目的和参与者，然后叙述活动的过程，最后对活动进行评价。报道的应用较为广泛，
实用性强。写作过程中要保持事件的真实性，语言要准确、 简练。常用的结构如下：
1．开头简要概况
(1)In order to provide the students with a colorful school life，we held...last week.
为了给学生们提供丰富多彩的学校生活，我们上周举办了……
(2)Nowadays more and more people begin to realize/notice the importance of...现在越来越多的人
开始意识到/注意到……的重要性。
2．中间活动过程
(1)At the beginning of the activity，a short film was shown，helping us students know...活动开始
时，放映了一部短片，帮助我们学生了解……
(2)The opening ceremony started at 9∶00 am，and the schoolmaster delivered a speech about...
开幕式上午9点开始，校长发表了关于……的演讲。
