教学过程
Step 1 Lead in
Showing a picture of a nurse and a student.
T: Look at the picture. What does the woman do?
S: She is a nurse.
T: What’s the matter with the girl?
S: She has a headache.
T: What other health problems do you remember? Let’s revise unit 1.
Step 2 Investigate
1. Learn by yourselves. Write the answers to the questions as soon as possible.
2. Groupwork. Discuss the questions that students can’t work out by themselves.
Step 3 Presentation
1. What are different health problems of body parts?
Head: Back: Tooth: Throat: Stomach:
Other problems: have a fever, have a cold, fall down, have a nosebleed, get hit on the
head…
2. Learn health problems and accidents and give advice.
Have a headache: You should… Have a sore back: You should…
Have a toothache: You should… Have a fever: You should…… …
3. Practice writing skills about health problems.
A: You don’t look well. Your face looks a bit red.
B: Yeah, and head feels very hot. What should I do?
A: Maybe you have a fever. You should take your temperature first.
B: Yes, you are right.
Step 4 Practice
1. Learn deeply, solve students’ questions. For example, cut oneself. What’re other
reflexive pronouns? Do you know other phrases about reflexive pronouns?
enjoy oneself, teach oneself, help oneself…
2. Doing some exercises and check the answers together.
