岗位职责：

Job Description

As an Engineer, Test, you will join a global quality engineering team responsible for validating and ensuring the quality of enterprise-level industrial software products. You will apply software testing fundamentals and gradually build automation skills while working closely with developers and experienced test engineers. You will report to a Engineering Manager/Lead and work based in Dalian, China.

Your Responsibilities:

• Participate in software testing activities, including functional, regression, and basic integration testing.

• Design and execute test cases based on requirements and expected system behavior.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts under guidance using mainstream automation frameworks.

• Analyze test results, identify issues, and accurately log and track defects.

• Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating responsibility, ownership, and teamwork.

任职要求：

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree or above (Class of 2026) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

• Understanding of basic software testing processes and principles, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with at least one mainstream programming language (Typescript preferred) and strong interest in pursuing a career in software testing.

• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.

• Good communication skills, with English reading and writing ability.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

（二）岗位名称： Engineer, Library Development

岗位职责：

Position Summary

This role is responsible for design, development, and system-level test of the PlantPAx Process Library.

The engineer will work across the full engineering lifecycle to ensure high-quality, production ready Process Library and PlantPAx system.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in PlantPAx Process Library design and requirement analysis

• Contribute to library development and feature implementation

• Own system-level testing, including functional, integration, regression, and automation testing

• Build and maintain test environments covering PLC, HMI, and distributed industrial scenarios

• Collaborate with global development and architecture teams to ensure quality and consistency

任职要求：

• Experience in Industrial Automation (OEM, field engineering, system integration, or industrial software).

• Understanding of process control systems such as PLC, HMI, or PlantPAx-related architectures.

• Experience with system-level engineering and validation.

• Programming or scripting experience (Python/C# preferred).

A Day in the Life

As an Intern, Test (Automation), you will join an engineering test team supporting industrial software and device-related solutions. This is a learning-oriented role designed for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to software testing, PLC-related tools, and Add-On Profile (AOP) validation. Under the guidance of experienced engineers, you will contribute to day-to-day testing activities and gradually build your technical and professional skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Execute basic test activities for PM5000 Add-On Profiles (AOP) following provided test cases and guidance.

• Assist in testing and validation of PM5000-related functionality within industrial software environments.

• Participate in ALP development and validation activities related to PLC programming debug tools (learning-focused).

• Log test results, observations, and defects clearly and accurately.

• Work closely with testers and developers to understand requirements, test objectives, and expected behavior.

• Follow team processes and actively learn software testing fundamentals and tools.

The Essentials – You Will Have

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of software concepts and strong willingness to learn.

• Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (such as C, C++, Python, or similar) is a plus, but not required to be advanced.

• Ability to follow instructions, document work clearly, and communicate effectively within a team.

• Interest in software testing, industrial software, or automation-related technologies.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have

• Major in Industrial Automation (or related fields such as Control Engineering) and hands-on experience with PLC programming is strongly preferred.

• Basic knowledge of software testing concepts (manual testing, test cases, defect reporting).

• Internship, lab project, or coursework experience related to software development or testing.

• Comfortable reading basic technical documentation in English.
