Health comes first
On May 5th, 2023, the WHO announced that COVID-19 no longer qualifies as a public health
emergency of international concern, which turns out to be really comforting. However it is still
important for everyone to continue managing their health as a top priority.
Regular exercise, such as walking, cycling, or doing sports, helps improve our health. What’s
more, we should take part in activities that bring us joy, such as reading and listening to music. Third,
getting enough sleep is good for both our physical and mental health. It is said that teenagers should
get around 8-10 hours of sleep each night.
Remember, we are responsible for our own health, and by doing so, we can have a healthy and
balanced life.
