Taking G Company as an example, this paper makes an in-depth study on the optimization of employee training in private enterprises. First of all, the article analyzes the importance and existing problems of employee training in the current enterprise development, collects data through questionnaires and field interviews, and analyzes in detail the current situation and main challenges of employee training in G Company. The study found that G company generally has some problems in the process of employee training, such as weak training awareness, imperfect training content system, unclear training objectives and single training methods. Based on adult learning theory and knowledge management theory, this paper puts forward targeted optimization strategies, including strengthening training awareness, enriching training content system, defining training objectives and diversified training methods. Finally, the paper looks forward to the development direction and research trend of employee training in the future.
