This issue, we’ll focus on Hello Bike and teach you how to use it quickly through the Alipay mini-program. We’ll break down the entire process in detail, from finding the entrance, authorizing the account, unlocking the bike, to billing and settlement, and parking rules. 在上海，交通方式不仅限于出租车和公共交通——随处可见的共享单车也是便捷实用的选择。这类单车价格亲民，短途骑行通常仅需1.5元左右，更体现了这座城市对低碳通勤的承诺。支付宝旗下蓝色共享单车品牌“哈啰单车”让骑行体验更加便捷。只需用支付宝扫码即可解锁单车——无需额外下载应用。支付也直接通过支付宝完成，省时省力。

In Shanghai, transportation options go beyond taxis and public transit — shared bikes, which are easily found along streets, are also a popular and practical choice. They’re also affordable, with short rides typically costing around 1.5 yuan, and they reflect the city’s commitment to low-carbon commuting. Hello Bike, a blue-colored shared bike brand under Alipay, makes the process even easier. You can unlock a bike simply by scanning the QR code with your Alipay app — no need to download a separate app. Payment is also handled directly through Alipay for added convenience.

How to use

• 使用前请先确保已经下载了支付宝，并已完成银行卡等绑定支付。

Before using the service, please ensure you have downloaded Alipay and completed the necessary set-up, including linking your bank card for payment. 

• 寻找一辆路边蓝色的共享单车。

Look for a blue shared bike parked on the streets.

• 打开支付宝，点击“Scan”, 扫描共享单车上的二维码。或者通过支付宝进入哈啰单车小程序，点击“扫码开锁”。打开蓝牙设备，才能感应开锁。

Open Alipay, tap “Scan” and scan the QR code on the shared bike. Alternatively, open the Hello Bike mini program within Alipay and tap “Scan to unlock” Ensure your Bluetooth is turned on as it is required to activate the unlocking mechanism.

• 实名认证：首次使用还需要进行实名认证，这里可以选择支付宝快捷认证。

Identity Verification: First-time users must complete identity verification. You may choose Alipay Quick Authentication for a fast and easy setup.

• 解锁自行车：扫描二维码后将出现提示，点击“确认解锁”即可开始骑行。自行车解锁后，计时器和计费功能将自动启动。

Unlocking the Bike: After scanning the QR code, a prompt will appear. Tap “Confirm to Unlock” to begin your ride. Once the bike is unlocked, the timer and billing will start automatically.

• 结束骑行：抵达目的地后，若不慎关闭骑行界面，只需重新扫描二维码。应用程序将自动重新打开相关页面。点击“归还单车”即可完成本次骑行。

Ending Your Ride: After reaching your destination, if you accidentally close the ride interface, simply scan the QR code again. The app will reopen the relevant page. Tap “Return Bike” to finish your ride. 

*停车提醒：请务必停放在非限制区域。地图上标注为红色的区域为禁停区，您无法在此处归还自行车。

*Parking Reminder: Make sure to park in a non-restricted zone. Areas marked in red on the map are no-parking zones, and you are unable to return the bike there.

• 成功归还单车后，应用程序将自动跳转至支付页面。您将在该页面看到行程详情摘要，包括骑行时长和距离。只需点击右下角的“立即支付”按钮，即可通过支付宝完成支付。

Once you’ve successfully returned the bike, the app will automatically redirect you to the payment page. There, you’ll see a detailed summary of your ride, including duration and distance. Simply tap “Pay Now” at the bottom right corner to complete the payment using Alipay.
