1. Hope you're doing well. Just a gentle reminder about the deposit for Order No.【订单号】. We will arrange production immediately upon receiving your deposit.
（温馨提醒订单定金，收到即安排生产）
2. We are ready to start production once we get the deposit confirmation. Could you please help arrange it at your earliest convenience?
（已备好生产，烦请尽快安排定金）
3. To ensure on-time shipment, kindly arrange the 30% deposit soon so we can secure the production schedule for you.
（为保证准时交货，请安排定金锁定生产排期）
4. Attached again the Proforma Invoice for your reference. Looking forward to your deposit slip to proceed with the order.
（再次附上 PI，期待水单安排订单）

实用小技巧：
1. 催款时再次附上 PI或合同，避免客户找文件。
2. 明确定金→排产→交货期的关系，给客户合理紧迫感。
3. 语气保持礼貌友好，不施压、不催促过度。
催定金不是讨钱，是为了准时交货、保障双方利益。
礼貌但不卑微，以银行到账为准，不信水单截图。
