生观察并总结if 条件句的特点。教师可以列出以下要点,供学生观察和归纳。
1)if所在的句子(从句)用的是什么时态?
2)另一句(主句)用的是什么时态?

1)让学生独立完成3a,教师提醒学生找出每个句子的if条件状语,由条件状语来判断时态。
2)请1名同学说出答案,全班核对答案。

探究1 表达观点的句型:
“sb. think/ thinks + 宾语从句”。例如:I think I’m going to stay at home. 我想我将呆在家里。此
句型变否定句,必须否定前移。

(1) 句中的half为形容词,意为“半数的”,可以修饰名词,直接放在所修饰名词之前。half 也
可以作名词,意为“一半;半”,常用结构为“half of + 名词”,当此结构作主语时,谓语动词
要与名词的单复数形式保持一致。
例如: Half of the boys go to the movies on Sundays. 一半的男孩在星期天去看电影。
(2) class在句中为集合名词,指“全班的人”,强调组成班级的多个成员,谓语动词用复数形
式,此类的单词还有family, school 等。如: The family are from China. 这家人来自中国。

what to do是由疑问词加不定式构成的宾语。疑问词what,which,whom或疑问副词how,
when,where可加一个不定式构成不定式短语,在句中作宾语,通常放在tell,show,teach,
learn,know,wonder,forget,find out等动词或动词短语的后面,并可以改写成宾语从句。
例如:Can you tell me what to do next?你能告诉我下一步做什么吗?
