Finally, my life took a turn for the better when I benefited from regular exercise and physical activity. I started playing sports regularly. Not only did it help me to lose weight, but it also improved my performance at university. I found that I was able to pay more attention in class and gain more knowledge, which led to higher grades. Moreover, playing sports helped me to build new relationships and make new friends. Therefore, it is a great way to connect with people who share similar interests with you and understand the importance of teamwork. To sum up, playing sports has had a positive influence on me. It has helped me to overcome my weight problem, made my class performance better, and provided me with new life skills. Everyone should take up a sport or physical activity, in my opinion, and experience the benefits of it.
