Linda was surprised by this lovely action. After being refused so rudely, the lady still showed

W: Planning a schedule that includes time for studies, sports, part-time work and free time can be a challenge. Today we
have Dr Tony with us to talk about how toplan a schedule.
M: Well, the good way to start is to make a plan for each day ofthe week and then try to balance your time so you can
include everything. Here are some guidelinesthat may helpyou.
First, we start with the twenty-four hours we all have in every day. Ifwetake out eighthours for our sleeptime, that
leaves sixteen hours to divide amongthe other activities.Attendance at schooltakes about six hours and homework about
two, for a total ofeight. That leaves us eight hours for sports, work and free time. Remember, those guidelines areflexible
and you must adjust them to your particular needs.
Weekends are different since we don’t have to attend school. Here we can usually focus on certain activities such as
sports orpart-time work and freetime. Wecan see our friends and spendmore time with our family.
Ifyou make a schedule and try to keep to it, you will soon develop the habit ofdoing each task during itsplanned time
and will be satisfied that youcancomfortably do everythingyou have to do.
